TERMS & CONDITIONS:
SHIPPING - Shipping charges of $4.95 will be added to all orders of $50.00 and below. Orders totaling more than $50.00 will be charged 10% of the total. Orders are shipped via USPS 1st Class, Parcel Post, or FedEx Ground, depending on weight. Shipping is anywhere from 2-10 business days. Orders paid for with PayPal eChecks are shipped when the eCheck clears, which is 7-10 business days.
I’m required to charge sales tax to Oklahoma buyers, but if you would like to arrange for local pickup to eliminate shipping charges, email me prior to purchase. Buyers not located in the state of Oklahoma are not charged sales tax.
PRICING - For MOST items, prices are set slightly below 1/2 of retail. A few items have higher resale values and are priced accordingly. These prices are competitive with local resale shops. Some items such as shoes are well below 1/2 of retail.
PAYMENT - We accept PayPal.
CHANGES IN PRICING - Prices are subject to change without notice. All items are subject to availability.
INVENTORY - In the case of an oversell, funds will be returned to anyone other than the original buyer. Typically there will only be one or two of each item in the store.
RETURNS - The items currently sold in The Mighty Mom store are resale items and cannot be returned. Every single item is thoroughly cleaned and inspected to make sure it is in good condition or perfect working order, as disclosed in the description of the item.
PRIVACY POLICY - We respect your privacy and take great care to safeguard information in our possession. We NEVER sell or share your information with third parties.
